Dustin is amazing to work with. Replaced the entire roof of Jerry’s Artarama, including TPO, shingles, and the frame shop. Made the process fun and easy. Roofers worked fast and cleaned up well. No nonsense. Dustin helped with the insurance claim, and was very transparent about everything involved. Listened to our needs right away and met them without issue. If I could give this business 10 stars I would!  From start to finish Dustin explained everything in detail regarding the insurance claim, helped coordinate with insurance, communicated well about timing, and got not only the roof replaced but gutters.  I run a small business myself and this business is the best I have interacted with in a long time!  They care about people and business and went above and beyond! Dustin and ATX Roofing have been amazing to work with! They’ve replaced my roof twice now after some pretty awful hailstorms, and both times they made the whole process so easy. David Schacherl was my contractor who works with ATX Roofing and General Contracting. I’ve known David when he worked with another company. I’m so glad he was able to be my contractor again. Last year I had a lot of hail damage to my roof. The insurance would only cover all of my roof except for the back of the house. Well my back of the roof showed damaged to the back of my roof. David fought with insurance company to pay for the back. The insurance finally said they would replace the back roof. The insurance wanted me to pay another deductible but David fought with them on that issue as well. It turned out that they were over paid last year and I didn’t have to pay the deductible. My husband passed away this past May and I just didn’t have it in me to fight the insurance. David went way beyond what he needed to do to get the back roof to be repaired. I also had a pipe bust in the kitchen as well. David and his company did the work to put my kitchen wall back together. This was a very hard time for me but he made it so easy for me. I will always use ATX Roofing and General Contracting. I will always call David Schacherl for any repairs needed. God bless him and his company.

Excellent experience with ATX Roofing & General Contracting! KC was able to quickly give us a very competitive proposal for a new roof at our house. He showed us a number of different shingles and made sure we got a color we loved and then we scheduled a date for work to begin. The roofing crew arrived early and finished mid afternoon completing the roof in one day! The crew was very professional and went above and beyond to get the job done right. The cleanup afterwards was exceptional and looked cleaner than before they started. KC followed up afterwards and made sure everything was done correctly.
